Lessons from Sunday

It was great to hear from Glen on how the doors opened up for him and how they walked through them, and God blessed them. Thank you for sharing this with us. I also want to give an illustration t show this point that he made, and that is that we have the gifts that God has given us and we need to be using them. Last night on 60 minutes they had the crew of the US Air flight that was dumped in the Hudson River in Jan on. The pilot said that all of his life was training for that one moment and that he knows that this is what he was supposed to do. All of the training that he had and the way that he handled this, saved the passengers on board the plane lives, but we will never know how many on the ground were saved.

Glen made the point that there are times that we are not sure why it is happening and if there is a reason, but God knows and that is what we need to remember. This week, please read Jer. 29.11 and allow God to speak to you, becuase He knows the PLAN for your life.

God Bless all of you and have a great week.

Prayer request

I have just spoken with a co-worker and he passed this on. His 11 year old niece lost control of her bike and was thrown into the side of a city bus in Akron, Ohio. She broke both wrists, jaw, cracked her temple and broke the bone between her nose and upper lip. Her name is Madison.

Thank you for your prayers.
